Today, it is very special. We are here to talk about live streaming. Yes! I did two live streams back in March on Twitch. I streamed myself playing Football Manager. I started a journeyman save, which I landed a job in the Swedish lower league. Anyways, it was alright and I enjoyed streaming very much. So, I was thinking to go back to streaming again someday.
However, this time I am not going to continue the journeyman save. I was looking for some FM20 Challenge. And now, I would like you guys, the readers to decide which challenge should I play on stream. I will put a link that directs you to vote at the end of this article. So, stay tuned and read until the end.
Idea 1: Retirement Village
The first potential challenge is to build a team that is full of veteran players. We are going to build a retirement village for the players who are at least 30 years old at the start of the game. Having that said, we are going to transfer list all the ‘young’ players who are below the age of 30. Then, we are going to fulfill the vision that are set by the board. Are you interested to see a team like this?
Idea 2: Hybrid Team
The second potential challenge is to build a hybrid team. It means we are going to sign players from different country. Due to the registration rules in every league, the number of home-grown players and Non-EU players in the squad are very important. So, here we are aiming for a maximum of 2 players from the same nation. Other than that, we are only allowed to reach the minimum amount of the home-grown players. So, what do you think of this challenge?
Idea 3: Double Lost
Moving on, it’s the Double Lost challenge. This challenge is quite risky. The main idea is if I lose a game, I lose a player. It doesn’t have to be the best player, because FM is not like FIFA, which we don’t really have player ratings to define who is the best player. However, we will use the wheel of fortune. Everytime we lose a game, we are going to spin the wheel. Then, we will put the chosen player to the transfer list. I think this is going to be fun. Let me know what you think.
Idea 4: “ABTFM”
Last but not least, I call this challenge “ABTFM”. So, all the players’ names have to start with these 5 specific letters (ABTFM). To make it even more difficult, we are only looking for the first name. Players like Lionel Messi, Roberto Firmino, and Sergio Aguero are not allowed to join our team. This is going to very difficult, but I am actually looking forward to this challenge!
Basically, these are the ideas that we have for now. You, the readers, will decide which challenge I should take. Before that, we also have to decide the teams. I am not looking for some lower league teams in the challenge. Yet, I was looking for some high reputation team. The reason is because they have more budget to play with, which will improve the gaming experience I am sure. So, the four teams that I have in mind are:
- Borussia Dortmund
- Napoli
- Real Madrid
- Manchester City
